Have someone requested you to sign a document?

SourceMagnet is using Signicat as our eSignature provider, and someone can request that you sign a contract document. If so, you will receive an email from Signicat noreply@email.signicat.com.

The email contains information about the document and who requested your signature.

How to sign a document

Click on the link in the email to start the signing process.

Read and approve the document. If multiple documents are attached to the signing process, you must approve all documents before you sign.

You will be asked to sign when all the documents have been approved.

Automatic notifications

SourceMagnet will send you automatic reminders every 3rd day if you still need to sign the document.

When signing is completed

When you sign the document, you will receive an email receipt. This is just to let you know that we've collected your signature.

When everyone has signed the document(s), you will receive an email with a copy of the signed document(s). If a signature is still missing, you must wait for everyone to complete the signing process before receiving your copy.
