This article shows you how to create a SourceMagnet account and how to verify your email. You create the account by accepting an email invitation or by registering a new organization.
ℹ️ Note: If you received an email invitation, use it. The invitation takes you to the right organization, and you become a member in the last step when you accept it.
Accept an email invitation
Open the invitation link from the email.
Select Sign up.
Fill in First name, Last name, Email, and Password, and accept the terms.
Select Proceed.
Select Click here to accept the invitation to join the organization.
If you already have an account, choose log in instead of Sign up.
Register a new organization
Use this when your organization is not in SourceMagnet yet. Select Sign up on the login page.
Fill in Company name, Company location, and Organization number (nine digits for Norwegian companies), and select Continue. For Norwegian companies, you can search by company name and select the right match from the list; the company name and organization number are then filled in.
If the organization number is already registered in SourceMagnet, you can ask the listed owner for access, or select Continue with separate organization.
Fill in your name, Email, and Password, and accept the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
Select Sign up.
Verify your email
Until your email is verified, a banner shows Please verify your email address. Click the link in the verification email you received. If you need a new email, click your email address in the banner to open Confirm email and select request a new email. Afterwards, use refresh the page in the banner.
No organization?
If you log in without belonging to an organization, you see the page No orgs available. Joining an existing organization happens by an administrator in that organization inviting you. To create a new organization for your company, contact support@sourcemagnet.com.
