All data is stored and processed in the EU, on AWS in Ireland. A data processing agreement is offered to all customers.
How SourceMagnet delivers AI
The AI features, such as those described in AI features for contracts and The Assistant, are delivered through Fency and AWS Bedrock, with vector search in Pinecone in Ireland. All AI infrastructure runs in the EU.
Customer data is never used for training
Your data is isolated per organization and is never used to train AI models. The AI reads your data to answer you, not to learn from you.
A human always decides
AI in SourceMagnet is decision support: it extracts, summarizes, and suggests, and you verify the result. In bid evaluation, the AI produces a report with suggested scores, and the evaluator sets the final score and makes the decision.
