This article shows you as a contract owner how to register an agreement, whether it comes from a procurement or was entered into some other way.
Start the contract
Select Contracts in the menu and select New contract. If the agreement comes from a procurement you have awarded, go there instead and use Go to contract, so the details carry over.
Fill in the details
On Details you fill in the Contract title, Counterparty, Responsible person, Contract type and Currency and time zone. Those are the ones that must be in place.
The rest is grouped so you can find things: Dates for start, expiry and termination, Financial for Total price and Estimated total value, Commercial for Payment terms (days), and Other for Contract priority and Contract risk level.
If you need a field that is not in the list, you can add one of your own.
ℹ️ Note: If the agreement has no end date, tick the box for the contract having no end date. That saves you a reminder about something that does not expire.
💡 Tip: If you use the same fields on many agreements, set up a template once and pull it in with Insert template.
Attach the agreement
Continue to the documents step and attach the agreement itself with Upload documents, or write it in the solution with Create document.
