This article applies to you as someone following up agreements, and shows how contracts are organized and what you find where.
Two lists
Under Contracts in the menu you find All contracts and Active contracts. The first shows everything you have registered, including what has ended. The second shows only the agreements that apply now.
What the table shows
Each row shows the Counterparty, who is Responsible on your side, the Start date and End date, plus Reference, Internal parties and Projects if you use them.
With Columns you choose which fields to see. Your choice is remembered, so you do not have to set it up every time.
💡 Tip: End date is the field people look for most. Sort by it and you see at once what is coming up for expiry.
The lifecycle
A contract starts either from a procurement you have awarded, or by you registering an agreement you already have. From there you follow it up with reminders and tasks until it expires or is renewed.
Ended contracts stay in the list. That is deliberate: you should be able to see what was agreed, also after the agreement is over.
Next
See Inside a contract for what you find on an individual agreement.
