This article shows you as a public buyer how to review the procurement and announce it.
Review first
The final step gathers everything you have set up: General information, Procedure, Qualification requirements, Award criteria, Minimum requirements, Documents and Deadlines and milestones.
Each part has a Change link that takes you back to the right step. Use it now, not afterwards.
⚠️ Warning: The requirements are locked on announcement. If you find a mistake in the qualification requirements or award criteria afterwards, the competition usually has to be cancelled and announced again. That costs time for you and for the suppliers.
See the ESPD as the supplier sees it
Under ESPD form sits the self-declaration suppliers will fill in. Open Preview ESPD and read it through. It is the last chance to catch a requirement that came out unclear.
Announce
When everything is right, select Publish to Doffin. The procurement is advertised, and suppliers can find it and submit bids.
ℹ️ Note: After announcement the procurement moves to Announced in the menu, and you follow it from there. Questions from suppliers arrive under Communication.
