This article shows you as a public buyer how to find the tenders and what to do before evaluating.
Find the tenders
Open the procurement and select Bids under Process. The number in brackets is how many have come in.
ℹ️ Note: Tenders stay locked until the bid deadline has passed. You can see that a tender has been submitted, but not its content. That applies equally to all, and is what makes the competition verifiable.
Review the minimum requirements
Before comparing, you check whether the tenders meet the minimum requirements at all. Select Start the minimum requirements review.
A tender that fails a minimum requirement should not be evaluated further. Write the justification right away, since it goes into the protocol.
Then you evaluate
Once the minimum requirements are reviewed, continue to Evaluation.
