You create an account for your company in SourceMagnet to find procurements and submit bids. If your company is invited by a buyer to submit a bid on a procurement, the invitation can also lead you to the same form.
Before you start
You need your company's name, country and organization number. The person who creates the account automatically becomes the owner of the organization.
Create the account
1. Open the SourceMagnet login page and select Sign up.
2. Enter Company name, select Company location and enter Organization number. For Norway, the organization number must have nine digits.
3. Select Continue.
4. Enter First name, Last name, Email and Password. The password must be at least 8 characters.
5. Check that you accept the privacy policy and the terms of service.
6. Select Sign up.

💡 Tip: As you type the company name, SourceMagnet suggests matches from the Norwegian business register. Choosing a suggestion fills in the organization number automatically.
If the organization already exists
If the organization number is already registered, SourceMagnet shows the dialog Organization already registered with the owner's name and email. You can ask the owner for access to the organization, or select Continue with separate organization to create a new, separate organization with the same organization number.

You are taken straight into SourceMagnet with the supplier menu. See "How SourceMagnet works for suppliers".
If it does not work
An account already belongs to this email. Log in instead, or reset your password. See "Log in for the first time".
The password has been found in a data breach and cannot be used. Choose a different password.
The password is too similar to your email address. Choose a password that does not resemble it.
