This article shows you as a supplier how to find procurements you can bid on, and what you see when you open one.
Find procurements without logging in
Open procurements are available to everyone. You do not need an account to see what is out there.
Go to the procurement portal.
Browse the list, or search by title, buyer, reference or CPV code.
Select Load more at the bottom to see more.
Find procurements when you are logged in
When you are logged in you also see procurements you have been invited to, and how far you have got with each one.
Select Procurements in the menu on the left.
Select Find procurements. You get Active procurements.
Select the title of the procurement you want to look at.
ℹ️ Note: If you belong to more than one organization, the list shows procurements for the organization you are in right now. You switch organization at the bottom of the menu.
How to read the list
Each procurement shows the buyer, the title, the deadline and how many days are left. The labels tell you where you stand:
Open for bids means the deadline has not passed.
Invited means the buyer invited you specifically.
Submitted means you have already sent a bid.
When you open a procurement
The deadline is at the top with date, time and days remaining. Below it you find About this procurement with the buyer description, the requirements that apply, and Procurement documents you can download.
If you were invited, you can decline with Decline. If you have already submitted, you reach your bid with View bid or Edit bid for as long as the deadline has not passed.
If you have a question for the buyer, use Send question under Questions and answers.
