This article shows you as a supplier how to fill in and submit a bid.
Start the bid
Open the procurement from Find procurements and start the bid there. You can save as you go and continue later, as long as the deadline has not passed.
The self-declaration (ESPD)
On public procurements you fill in a self-declaration. It has two parts:
The first is about your business: organization number, representative, whether you are a small or medium enterprise.
The second covers circumstances that can exclude you from the competition, for example unpaid taxes or serious failings in earlier work.
ℹ️ Note: The self-declaration is a declaration, not documentation. The buyer can ask for the papers later, and then what you ticked has to be provable.
Qualification requirements
Under the qualification requirements you answer what you can show: experience from similar work, capacity, finances. Answer concretely, and attach what backs the answer up.
The award criteria
Then you answer the criteria the bid is assessed on. The weights are stated, so you can see what the buyer values most. Spend the most space where the weight is highest.
💡 Tip: Answer what is actually asked, in the order it is asked. An evaluator who has to hunt for the answer does not always find it.
Documents and submission
Attach the documents required, review everything on the last step, and submit. After submitting you can still review the bid until the deadline.
