This article shows you as a public buyer how to start a procurement and set its framework.
Start the procurement
Select Procurements in the menu and select New procurement.
Fill in the Title under General information. The title is what suppliers see in the announcement.
Value and regulation
Under Value and regulation you set the Contract type and the Estimated value. These two decide which part of the rules the procurement falls under, and therefore which requirements apply further along the wizard.
ℹ️ Note: The estimate should be what you genuinely expect to spend across the whole agreement period, including options. Too low an estimate places the procurement in the wrong part of the rules.
