This article shows you as a public buyer how to start a procurement and set its framework.
Start the procurement
Select Procurements in the menu and select New procurement.
Fill in the Title under General information. The title is what suppliers see in the announcement.
Value and regulation
Under Value and regulation you set the Contract type and the Estimated value.
The classification rests on four things: the governing regulation, the estimated value, the contract type and your organization’s legal type. Without the regulation or the value the procurement is not classified at all — and which requirements apply further along the wizard depends on the outcome.
ℹ️ Note: The estimate decides which part of the rules the procurement lands in, so too low a figure places it wrongly. Count the whole agreement period and any options.
