SourceMagnet gathers procurements and contracts in one place, from the need arising to the agreement running out.
What you can do
Procurements is where you set up the competition, receive bids, evaluate and award.
Contracts is where the agreement is followed up with deadlines, reminders and documents.
Needs is the way in for colleagues who need something bought.
Library holds the requirements and templates you reuse.
Both buyer and supplier
If you are a supplier, you see a different way in: Find procurements, My bids and My requests. The same solution, but built around submitting bids rather than asking for them.
ℹ️ Note: The menu adapts to your access. If you cannot see an item someone else mentions, it is usually because the organization does not have that part, or because you do not have access to it.
Public and private
If you buy under the public procurement rules, the solution adapts: different steps in the wizard and different words in the interface. That is driven by the organization legal type.
