This article applies to everyone who uses SourceMagnet, and explains what happens to your procurements on 6 September.
What happens
Your procurements move across to a new version. It happens for you; there is nothing you need to do yourself.
Everything comes along. The procurements are visible as before afterwards, and they can still be edited. The same goes for contracts, documents and projects: the content is the same, it is the frame around it that is new.
ℹ️ Note: The move happens on the same weekend that SourceMagnet gets a new design. The menu that ran across the top now sits down the left-hand side. Two changes at once, but they belong together.
Do you need to do anything?
No. You do not need to export, save or finish anything before 6 September. Work in progress stays where it is.
If something looks wrong
If you find a procurement that is missing something, or that will not open, get in touch with us. Do not build it again: the original exists, and we will find it faster than you can recreate it.
