This article applies to you as an organization administrator, and explains where the reusable requirements live.
What the library is
The requirement library is the collection of requirements you use again and again. Instead of writing the same ones into every procurement, you pull them from here.
You find it under Library in the menu.
The three types
Minimum requirements are requirements the supplier must meet to take part. They are answered yes or no.
Evaluation requirements are what you assess and score.
Evaluation sub-requirements split an evaluation requirement into smaller parts, when one requirement is too coarse to score fairly.
The number in brackets shows how many you have of each type.
Your own and the standards
Under Your requirements you find what the organization has made itself. They are visible only to you.
Under SourceMagnet standard there are ready-made requirements you can use as a starting point.
You add new ones with Add requirement.
💡 Tip: Write the requirement so it can be used across procurements. One that names a particular property or supplier has to be rewritten every time.
