Notification settings for the organization

Written by Fredrik Muri Slettestøl

This article shows you as an organization administrator how to decide who gets notified about what.

Open the settings

Select Settings in the menu at the bottom. The first tab is Notification Settings.

The three groups

Notifications for sourcing events cover what happens in a procurement, such as new bids and questions.

Notifications for contracts cover the agreements, such as deadlines coming up.

Notifications for contract tasks cover the tasks attached to a contract.

Who receives them

For each group you choose which access levels are notified: View events, Create contracts and the rest. Under My own roles you see which ones you have yourself, so you know what you will receive.

💡 Tip: Switch on the fewest that give people what they need. Too many notifications make people stop reading them, and then they are worthless when it really matters.

Each person can adjust their own

This is the default for the organization. Each user can also change their own notifications on their profile.
